This 8-week Futures Fellowship is designed for experienced innovators, strategists, and practitioners who want to deepen their ability to anticipate change and shape long-term strategy.

Fellows will receive advanced training across the full futures workflow—from signal spotting and horizon scanning to building robust scenarios—while applying these methods to real strategic questions.

The program offers a rare opportunity to level up alongside a high-caliber peer cohort, engage in rigorous dialogue, and contribute to the development of a thought-leadership white paper with editorial support.

This fellowship is selective and best suited for professionals with prior experience in innovation, strategy, policy, or systems work who are ready to operate at a higher level of foresight practice.

The program operates in a hybrid fashion with key in-person meetings in Hudson Yards, Manhattan. This is a non-remunerated professional development program. No salary, stipend, or honorarium is provided for participation.

The fellowship is designed to offer non-financial value, including advanced training in futures thinking, access to a high-caliber peer cohort, structured mentorship and facilitation, and the opportunity to contribute to a thought-leadership white paper with institutional recognition.
